A Great Resource For Model Train Layout Ideas
Sometimes I sit for hours trying to figure out a new idea to put into my model trains o scale layout.
Then the other day I was watching the news. It was the world news, actually. Now I’ve seen this a million times, but for some reason it just hit me. Do you know that computer graphic zoom that they do that takes you all over the world from wherever the talking heads are talking from? It’s a really impressive little 3D map thing. Well, that’s free for anyone to download from the website. It’s called Google Earth. It’s amazing! I can spend hours on that thing. You can really zoom in on stuff and get a bird’s eye view of the world. It’s perfect for coming up with new layout ideas for my model train. I recommend it!
