I have been doing some more crazy experiments with making my own wine recently, and you know one thing I have found is that as fun as it is to change recipes up a little bit and see what you can come up with, more often than not then end result is far worse than if you just stuck with the recipe in the first place … In conjunction with this I found something else out. I do not really care that most of my crazy experiments result in failure, it is just too much fun to play around with your recipes and see if you can manage to make some new, bold, and fresh.
