According to surveys made by the American Veterinary Medical Association, of of the most common dog health problems is canine diarrhea.

If your dog has ever had this problem, you know how much this can affect your daily routine. Canine stomach problems may results from an overgrowth of bacteria in their digestive system or intestinal tract, or they may simply be due to excessive feeding and dietary indiscretion. More serious causes include bloat and even stomach cancer.

If the dog’s stomach problems are not accompanied by vomiting and a sudden lack of appetite, the problem may be mild and you can handle it yourself.

But if your pet has a more serious case of diarrhea involving bloody stool or vomiting, it would be a real good idea for you to bring your pet immediately to the veternarian for further check up and observation.

You have made the decision to get your first fish tank. You now are wondering where to go. Well, without sounding like a salesman, I would suggest checking out the seaclear aquarium website. Now I’m not in the market for a new aquarium, nor do I work for this company. My view point is based purely on what I’ve seen of their product. They honestly have some of the nicest looking tanks I’ve seen in quite awhile. I would love to own one myself. But hey, that’s my opinion. Shop around a bit, but I would suggest you start there. It’s a good place to start.

If you are like a lot of rabbit owners, you might get to the point where you want to take on an interesting project and build your rabbit a cage. Done, you can save some money and have a great cage that will make you and your rabbit very happy and healthy.

I like to recommend that you build your cages using wire for some very important reasons.

Wire is easy to clean. Unlike solid cages, you don’t have to scrub all over the place. However, I do suggest that you keep the bottom of the cage solid. There has been new discoveries that have shown wire bottom cages to be bad for rabbits feet. What you can do it make the floor solid, but train your rabbit to use a special corner of the cage for it’s bathroom. This corner will have a wire bottom to the rabbits feces will fall through.

Wire is easy to expand. With a wire rabbit cage, you can easily make it bigger and even add cool tunnels and extensions for your rabbit to use. This give your rabbit more run to play, run and hop around… and it makes if very easy on you so you don’t have to buy a new cage each time you want to upgrade.

Wire circulates air with ease. Wire cages will let all areas of the cage receive easy air flow so your rabbit can get fresh air. This helps the rabbit feel save and not trapped.

These are a few reasons why building a cage using wire for your rabbit is a great idea. A happy rabbit is one that will play with you and interact with you… and live a long time so you can enjoy it.
