Maybe you could work out some kind of deal, contract, with local veterans. Advertise at local veteran offices, pet adoption centers, local newspapers. I don't think pet owners can be classified as to where they hang out. But, all pet owners buy pet food. It might be wise to advertise at such places. Most pet owners are car owners too. It might be a good idea to advertise at gas stations. Occasionally offer specials such as: $5.00 off this month, free pet brushing with sitting or walking, free feeding after walk, first visit is XX dollars (your price) second visit is $1.00 off, coupon in local paper for $X off, etc. ..... Good luck..
